I mean I know they are going to be your new parents but its not right. I think 14 is okay to have a computer/laptop kids at age 9 are getting them now. You should talk to them and tell them this is going to be hard for you starting a new life with them and you have friends that you need to keep intouch with. they can put like a schedule. like from 4-5 u can use it and then they can take it or something like that come up with a plan.
